The captain of the boat was arrested for boating under the influence.

Especially one that doesn't leave it's parking place.

    I'll assume the idiot hit the USS Intrepid . I don't think you could get anywhere near an active duty carrier. No operators license needed in most states. We called those folks as graduates of the Pennsylvania Naval Academy.

    Would've been a better video if that'd been a CV on active service, what with all the fireballs and stuff one would expect.
