Dear Media

The Congress of the United States of America is a bicameral body consisting of both The Senate and The House of Representatives.

Congressman is a title that applies equally to members of both houses.

Senator and Representative are the titles of members of each house respectively.

Please stop referring to The House of Representatives and the Representatives as Congress and Congressmen as if the Senate and Senators weren't part of Congress.

I know you're confused because all of what I just said is in The US Constitution, a document I am well aware you've never read.
