I have a counter proposal to this.
YouTube Reform changes we need in my opinion.
1. Be at least 21 to buy a camera.
2. Go through a 6 month minimum course (similar to a drivers license course).
3. Professional Mental Heath evaluation.
4. Ban computer and electronics shows now!
5. 30 day wait period after purchase to receive camera.
6. 3 day waiting period before filming an event.
7. 15 day waiting period before posting a video to the internet.
I assume I will have their wholehearted support.
