The Hook

Remember back when they declared Biden not competent enough to stand trial over those documents?

Think they will use that to show he wasn't competent enough to sign pardons?

Interesting times.

  1. "They" never declared Biden not competent to stand trial. It was the opinion of one DOJ investigator that Biden's memory was suspect and he would have been too sympathetic a defendant for a jury to convict. His fellow party members rushed to his defense, saying he was sharp as every, worked 26 hours a day and other assorted BS.
The lawyers I heard on the tube seem to say competency does not seem a factor in the power to grant pardons by the president. The point one made is how do we know Biden issued the pardon or was it one of the staff did and used the autopen to sign it?
