Is it just me or do many of the "anti-fascist" and "anti-nazi" attacks on Tesla dealerships and chargers look a lot like pictures post Kristallnacht?
Why is it the people who claim to oppose fascism keep doing exactly what fascists did?

I mostly just keep out of politics as "the IT guy" working at a University, but as someone who actually studied history, it does seem like they are just the modern iteration of the "black shirts" (with the same name and everything)... And as the militant arm of the Communist Party, that seems consistent as well... Just that they do not seem to be attacking the brown shirts (Nazis) and Godwin's Law violations are early and often with anyone they disagree with being "fascist" or "literally nazis"... Pretty sure there is no direct connection between Volkswagen and Tesla, but what do I know :-)
ReplyDeleteAntifa, literally anti-fascistas, are left-wing international socialism. Which has always fought against their more-right brethren national socialists (of the NAZI or Italian Fascist or Spanish Fascist variety.)
ReplyDeleteAntifa's actions in post-Weimar Germany do represent what is going on. And it brought out the uber-violence and insanity of the SA of the National Socialists. And then once the SA bashed in and killed arrested and chased out Antifa, they then did the same thing. Which resulted in the night of the long knives.
Ah, how history repeats itself. And, as usual, it's actual leftists and left-wing anarchists who are doing all the violence.
