I can't believe this shit is still going on, nice to see resolution happening.

      I don't believe it would have been, if the district court had jurisdiction over such cases. Despite what some district court judges clearly believe, there are limits to the legitimate authority of a district court.

      Need to remove the district judge from the bench and disbar them and the attorneys who brought the case for such gross overreach in the first place.
