Early Onset Panic

With the nomination of Kavanaugh the pro-choice people are in a panic.

His confirmation will lead to the banning of abortions?

What I keep hearing about him is he is pretty strict in adhering to the Constitution as written...

The panic makes me think that the pro-abortion people think that it's constitutional to ban abortions...

Interesting.

  1. I have pointed out repeatedly to my hysterical liberal friends (is there any other kind?) that nooo, getting rid of Roe vs. Wade doesn't mean that abortions are now and forever banned across the country. It means that the ball's back in the courts of the state legislatures, where it, arguably, should have always been. Right now, legislatures can pass laws outlawing, or all but outlawing, abortion, secure in the knowledge that the courts will overturn the laws, and they can bask in the smiles of the "pro-life" faction. Without the courts to hide behind, the legislatures would have to really look at what people really do want.
