I join in speculating that the move to settle is to prevent it from having a chance at being granted certiorari with The Supreme Court.
Almost as if something has them nervous.

I agree. They are cutting off gangrene limbs in a hope to save the whole body of gun control for a future fight.
ReplyDeleteAs you inferred and Mack outright said, yes, looks like someone in the Fed Bureaucracy is hunkering down for a holding action, mayhaps to await a more favorable environment to legislate by un-voted upon regulations and half-assed interpretations.
