It Will Be A Day Long Remembered

That's big news indeed.

I join in speculating that the move to settle is to prevent it from having a chance at being granted certiorari with The Supreme Court.

Almost as if something has them nervous.

  1. I agree. They are cutting off gangrene limbs in a hope to save the whole body of gun control for a future fight.

  2. As you inferred and Mack outright said, yes, looks like someone in the Fed Bureaucracy is hunkering down for a holding action, mayhaps to await a more favorable environment to legislate by un-voted upon regulations and half-assed interpretations.

    Be still my beating heart. Maybe one day I will live long enough to see my enslaved guns run free as they were designed to... Or, well, you get the point. More 2A, less ATF, so to speak.
