Because Cowboy Action Shooting is on the wane as the people who romanticize the Old West are getting too old to lift the guns...
What about people who romanticize old cop shows from the '70's?
One Adam Twelve Action Shooting!
It's an idea whose time has come!

One could also do Prohibition Shooting. Pinstripes, wingtips, fedoras, and a wide variety of mouse and pocket guns, shotguns, Thompson replicas (or the real thing if one has the tax stamp and money) and same with BARs. Have a baseball bat and hatchet vs gin joint smashup.
ReplyDeleteHeh. This wayback stuff could devolve into some wicked stupid fun.
I know what you're thinking: 'Did he fire six shots or only five?' Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do you, punk?
ReplyDeleteWesterns also could come back into style.
