    You use Rose's in your Gimlet?

    I've personally taken to using Fresh lime (or bottled if I'm lazy) and some Elderflower liqueur for sweetness.

      I use Rose's. 4:1 New Amsterdam gin to Rose's.

      From what I read about gimlets, at a certain point in history, if you're not using Rose's people would say you hadn't made a gimlet!

      I use it mostly because I have an amazing talent for devastating an entire kitchen attempting to make simple syrup.
