Harvey, in addition to losing her hard drive a while back, has also just lost access to her verizon.net email addy.
We were supposed to change it over to AOL, but hers failed to transition.
Now she's apparently boned.
Hurray!
Did you know there's not a soul at Verizon or Frontier who knows how to solve this issue?

Good thing she moved most of her stuff over to gmail already.
