The Boy has been insisting on rides around the neighborhood with his new bike.
The Lovely Harvey rides alongside as a safety observer.
She has discovered, to her dismay, that the new bike is MUCH faster and The Boy does not have a throttle, he's got an off/on switch.
The three mile meandering course throughout the area is hitting her hard.
The exercise is prolly good for her.

You can try slowing down his bike, a rim brake that drags a little or an overtightened wheel bearing will cost some speed, and can be undone on race day. There's an actual commercial product made for triathlon training that's a wheel with a drag brake but why waste money.
