Incentive Plan

I've an idea for police body cams.

If the things aren't turned on there's no qualified immunity for what ever happened.

I am fascinated to see how police shootings work when they've got to use the same set of laws and jurisprudence I have to.

  1. I like it. Denver just announced that they are docking vacation pay it the camera is not turned on.

  2. Piercing the veil of qualified immunity is an appropriate punishment for failing to provide dash and body cam footage since it is highly likely that it is being done to conceal wrongdoing.
