Excellent Flick

Netflix's The Highwaymen is excellent!

Check it out.

  1. Nice that they actually made heroes of the heroes and villains of the villains. B&C were not the wonderful joyseekers as portrayed in previous movies, and deserved at least another 500 rounds each.

Will have to find it somewhere. You are the third person to highly recommend it.

  2. Agree 100%. I loved the gun store scene. If only it were so today . . . .

  3. I just finished watching the credits roll.

One thing that struck me (other than the very early and egregious continuity error with the porch screens) was how the LEOs were portrayed as reluctant, and a little sickened, by the prospect of shooting and killing a known murderer.

I am NOT saying that I find it unbelievable in any way, but I do find it telling, and more than a little saddening, that I don't believe the LEOs of today would display similar reluctance to shoot anyone.
