Downgraded

Colorado State University has reduced their prediction from April.

They now say:

9 Named Storms

4 Hurricanes

1 Major Hurricanes (Cat 3+)

This is down from:

13 Named Storms

6 Hurricanes

2 Major Hurricanes (Cat 3+)

    Isn't it odd that bad weather's the fault of the President and government when the GOP's in power, but when the Democrats are in power, those things are God's will or nobody's fault?
