Not An Official Act

The President is likely not immune if they have SEAL Team Six snuff the Supreme Court.

He's only immune while performing official acts.

Acts that are sanctioned by the Constitution.

Commentators are getting absolute and presumed immunity confused.

Presumed is used the same way as "presumed innocent" here.

    Hey Angus,

    The average lefty is gaslighting and projecting their own wishlist onto Trump. They are screaming that Trump is gonna be a dictator from day one and weaponize the federal agencies against his political enemies(I thought this one was a funny one) and push his agenda by imperial fiat.....*snort* like Biden and his handlers hasn't already done all that crap?
