Another Democrat has switched parties up in Tallahassee.
This time Hillary Cassel from the 101st district. That's 'round about Hollywood, FL and part of the southern blue blot on the east coast.
I wonder if she can hear herself when she says that she wants, "to build a world where her children are judged by the content of their character and their actions not on their labels," then in the very next breath says, "As a proud Jewish woman..."
Labels shouldn't matter, here are mine!
I guess we'll see how she votes, but we've too many purple Republicans at the state capital already.
She's pandering to the newly semi-conservative non-practicing Jewish vote in South Florida. You know, the ones that found out that the Democratic Party hates them for everything except their money.

There are a lot of ex-die hard Dems who have actually found out that conservatives and middle-of-the-roaders are actually nice and don't give a darned what one's color or origin story is, as long as one acts like, and hopefully is, a relatively decent person. Again, that whole 'content of their character' thingy as espoused by a... Republican.
