The insert a picture via URL works on Crispy with Firefox. It does not work on Firefox with Derpy, but does work with Chromium.
Probably a stuck cookie somewhere.
I'd kinda hoped that the OS upgrade would clear it, but...
Manually entering the html code still works on all my computers, but it's a little tedious.
