At the scene of a car accident where Harvey was not at fault.
According FHP we are not allowed to shoot, stab, bludgeon, strike, garrote, choke, flay, whip, draw OR quarter the person who rear-ended Harvey.
Kidding aside, I am certain I heard that traffic accidents would turn into blood-baths if we allowed just anyone to carry a gun in public.
Harvey had hers and when I arrived to help, I had mine. For all I know the guy who rear-ended her had his too.
Yet the situation was handled in a civilized manner by everyone.
