I love ballistic calculators and comparing cartridges as much as the next guy.
But you should stick to one measuring system or the other.
Going to use inches for drop and drift? Feet per second for velocity? Grains for bullet weight? Don't use meters for range or joules for energy!
If you're going metric, don't fuck around use them centimeters, meters per second and grams!

Next you will want car makers to quit mixing SAE threads with Metric size bolt heads and mixed type fasteners throughout or something...
ReplyDeleteYes I do. Especially since SAE threads were trial-and-error designed rather than pulled out of the aether in round units.
DeleteMight as well keep the SAE hex-head on top of the superior thread design!
