On Tracking The Panic

My little hourly log of blood pressure has me solidly convinced that a single reading should not be acted on too decisively.

I've had two extremely high readings then got normal a minute later.

Ask for a second or third reading to make sure the machine is reading consistently!

    It's my understanding that the automated machines are hot garbage. A cuff and stethoscope is much more accurate and easy to do.
