The Fokker E.III that Steve Trevor steals actually uses wing warping!
One gets used to the movies messing this stuff up, but occasionally they get it right in a movie that has nothing to do with the planes.
Tropic Thunder is another good example. The A-4E's are period correct for the time frame of the Vietnam part of the movie.
The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe got the bomb release (and cockpit!) for an He.111 correct.
Flyboys... a movie about WW1 fliers... Sometimes the planes are rolling against their controls.
