Hurry Up And Wait

Called the VA about my back pain.

I expressed urgency, but not emergency.

I am not eager to test the "you went to a non-VA emergency room" system.

    If you need to go to an ER, don't sit in pain at home, just go.

    You just need to call the non-VA medical number to let them know, the vism nurse will give you the number.
