California is definitely going to willfully disregard the courts and the law if they lose on this one. They'll file appeal after appeal and use every stall tactic to maintain business as usual for them as long as possible. -swj

ReplyDeleteSame applies to a drivers license. Get a license in your state, but obey the traffic laws wherever you happen to drive.
