It's a Stevens 5100, 20ga 2-3/4".
Ain't no serial number because it was made long before 1968. The Tennite® furniture is an indication that it was made between 1946 and 1948 because of a general post-war shortage of walnut and birch.
It's genuine plastic, don't settle for imitation!
