"If pocket carry is bad why is appendix carry fine?"
I'm going out on a limb and say, "holster", otherwise appendix is better known as mexican.
And I don't even appendix carry, I'm simply too fat.

"Mexican Carry" was labeled such because most Mexican cops had to supply their own equipment, including holsters. Since many could not afford to buy one, they simply tucked it into their waistband, often at or just behind their dominant-side hip. It was a condition, not a position.
ReplyDeleteWhen I worked the streets for San Diego PD, we officers would donate used/discarded holsters, belts, etc. to cops in Mexico.
