Bergdahl's lawyers have already filed a motion for dismissal, based on Trump having commented on the case before the election.
ReplyDeleteI recall that Charlie Mansons lawyers tried that with Nixons public statements. Didn't work, there has to be a specific act that interferes with the judicial process. Just calling the guy an Ahole isn't enough. This is just more smoke and delay.
