Were Mr Cuz-Choc, and the deceased here legally?

The local Fox affiliate slants liberal, so they'd never mention it.

    With a name like Cuz-Choc, I'd bet a lot that he wasn't even "Hispanic." I'd say Mayan, but there are a lot of tribes down there. They've caught drug runners who spoke nothing but Otomi.
