Brewing

Today I'm going down to Big Top Brewing Company to watch/assist a friend make a one-off batch of beer!

Should be informative.

  1. I'm hoping that he's making an all grain batch and not one from malt extract. That's where it get's really educational when the grain needs to be mashed and sparged. Brewing science at its finest with calculating conversion rate, testing mash pH, regulating mash temperature for taste profile, iodine check for starch conversion into sugar............
