Sensible

Smith and Wesson's new Equalizer pistol uses the same magazines as the Sheild Plus.

That's a really sensible decision.

    That is what I like about the Glock family. The Compacts usually accepting their full size magazine counterparts. (G30 accepts G21 magazines, though not vice versa).

    I expect that from S&W. If you look at the history of S&W and Colt since 1945, one made several smart moves offsetting one dumb move and became the largest gun maker in the US, the other made one smart move, several dumb moves and after multiple bankruptcies is now a a subsidiary of CZ.

      I really only mentioned it because they didn't make this sensible decision with the CSX. I'd intended to mention that in the post too... alas!

      I've mentioned how I morphed from being a Colt person to a S&W person on this very blog! I still don't know how it happened.
