The Sound Of Silence

I am told this clip makes a sound.

I cannot confirm if it does because, apparently, it matches the sound in my skull at all times.  Actually, that's a lie.  I can hear it if I really crank the volume and make it louder than the sound in my skull.

It's eerie playing it for people without hearing damage.  The look in their eyes as they contemplate that noise never ending is interesting.

    1. Same, it just tends to pulsate a little (like right now) and occasionally will ramp up the volume.

Right ear only, doesn't seem to be in the left at all.

  2. Thanks a lot. I only hear mine when you just mentioned it. Similar, but each ear is about a harmonic off. Harmony and me, are pretty good company. good grief.

  3. My tinnitus is from 30 years in construction. In apprenticeship school we were warned about hearing loss and we should use hearing protection, on the jobsites we found out you couldn’t. You need to hear things when working. So I have hearing problems. My tinnitus isn’t a whine or a tone, but more like low static.
