On April 7, 2017 Willard attempted to order a Beretta M9 with 3 magazines from Botach.
This was despite an admonition from Hognose with regards to Botach's reputation.
What could go wrong?
On April 9, 2017 they realized that the FFL he'd selected from their list of FFL's was no longer current and requested he send them the updated information.
On April 11, 2017 Willard contacted the FFL and they fired off a copy to Botach.
On April 13, 2017 Botach acknowledged receipt of the new FFL and stated "We have received your dealers FFL; thank you. Please allow 5-10 business days to process."
At that time the gun was still listed as in stock.
Today is May 2, 2017 and the order status still shows "awaiting payment" which appears to be their placeholder for "processing your order". May 2 is also business day number 13.
They don't answer their phone. They don't respond to email.
I'd recommend to Willard that he place a stop payment on his card with regards to this order and find a different vendor.
