Got a letter from my primary with the results of my coronary CAT scan.
You calcium score was 0 (CERO!!!)
Which means - No identifiable disease - (no atherosclerotic plaque).
I maintain my record of being suspiciously healthy for someone of my lifestyle.
I still need to lose some weight, but that's more because I'm sick of being fat than sick from being fat.
Aesop comments:
You are a healthy man. My calcium score was 214. Very lucky here.

ReplyDeleteI take after my mother, who is now 93. She takes after her mother, who lived to 98 before the third round of leukemia killed her. Grandma's father lived to 95, and smoked every day.
ReplyDeleteWe were/are all fat. Jolly happy people. My doctor laughs when someone says I'm sick because I'm fat. No, actually, I'm healthier being fat than when I was skinny.
It is amazing that the medicos all believe everyone is exactly the same biologically.
I hoped you'd appreciate that clip. Cracks me up every time. "I guess she bet the over..."
