I gotta think this is trying to punk people dumb enough to believe it. Like how the 4Chan guys got the "OK" hand symbol to mean white power - it was a deliberate "let's **** with these SJW idiots".
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm being charitable, but it's hard to believe anyone thinks that about the pound sign. The symbol dates back to the Romans.
