    Unfortunately, the shooter will probably go through Hell because some snake of a prosecutor sees an easy target.

    Plus the family of the shootee will find some scum of an attorney to sue for 'loss of wages' (which I've seen before, and the bad people have won. Crazy world out there...)

    I will be shocked if nothing is done to the real victim.
