Once I've kicked Robert Strange MacNamara in the balls, I'll wander over to the John S McCain III line.
By the time I've kicked McCain in the nuts, I expect there'll be a James Earl Carter line.
If he'd stepped off the public stage a long time ago, I might have been able to find some esteem or respect for him.
But he used up all the good will he'd accumulated by consistently caucusing Democrat rather than the Republican he ran as.
He was not a friend and I don't mourn his passing.
