    He "Dundu Nuffin, he was funnin". Serious props to the homeowner, but I hope the homeowner has a lawyer on retainer, dirtbags always have family and they will try to sue, especially if the city is liberal, "can't have homeowners busting caps into the "Protected class" you know

      If I am not mistaken, unless the homeowner is charged with a crime and convicted, he's held blameless in civil action.
