ReplyDeleteI just read an article about how a D congress should use poison pill legislation to get what Ds want. The entire article was "the conservatives on the court won't rule it unconstitutional because they will lose the things they want"
If there is a bill that has something in it that I want because it is good for the country and constitutional but I'll lose it unless I'm willing to eat some unconstitutional shit sandwich, then do it. Rule according to the text of the constitution and take away my goody. Do the right thing
