I am thinking of revisiting my TL project and making characters from places with magic instead of strictly historical.
One of the fun things of the "make anything you want for a fixed set of points" nexus worlds was doing an index card size write-up version of world creation.
For one world FuzzyGeff and I didn't actually collaborate about where our characters were from, we simply didn't contradict each other when we made declarations about details.
That's where a staple of our out-world creations "The Octagon" came from.
It's where the Pentagon is in DC, but this world has eight branches instead of five. We never even detailed what those branches were. Instead of, "five walls and a spare," it's "twice as much for just twice the money!"
