The implications of technology in some settings can lead to some "interesting" things. (For sufficiently sick definitions of "interesting".)
Settings like Ghost In The Shell and GURPS: Transhuman Space allow for a human consciousness (or ghost) to be placed into a mechanical body of virtually any design.
What about the implications of a legal adult who chooses, for some reason, a 9-year old girl for their new body?
She's a legal adult, so it's conceivably not illegal for her to have sex or to have sex with her.
But does having sex with her make her lover a pedophile?
Is a recording of her having sex child porn?
This matter will be settled law in the world it's part of, but it's speculative in ours.
