Right next door is Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities!
They sell character specific hilts! On the plus side, they're cheaper. On the down side, you're stuck with one color and have to buy the blade separately.
The Savi's workshop saber comes with a 31" blade and one kyber crystal to set the color.
Additional
A 26" blade will set you back $39.99 and a 35" blade is $49.99. Can't buy the 31" separately.
At the $109.99 level there's:
Anakin Skywalker/Luke Skywalker/Rey. Blue.
Darth Vader. Red.
Obi-wan/Ben Kenobi. Blue.
Temple Guard. Yellow. This one should have (but doesn't) a coupler and use the 26" blades.
Mace Windu. Violet.
$129.99 gets:
Luke Skywalker. Green.
Half of Darth Maul's lightstaff with coupler. Red.
Asajj Ventress. Red.
$149.99 for:
Kylo Ren/Ben Solo. Red. Comes with quillon blades and belt clip.
$199.99 yields:
Both of Ahsoka Tano's. White.
Missing from the collection are Yoda, Count Dooku,
