The Law is the Law.
On the first idea about prosecuting elected officials for creating these 2nd Amendment sanctuaries on behalf of their constituents... Who arrests the chief law enforcement officer when he and his entire department are doing what their community demands?
On the second idea of calling out the national guard? I guess we're going to see if us pessimists have been right about our troops and their officers obeying unlawful orders in violation of their service oaths.
(Hint: historically they obey the orders virtually every time).

some will follow, those in the urban east. but those in the western areas are still hatfields and mccoys. if they even show up for this duty, they nearbout all own the very guns the govna is trying to take. sheriff kidd of Buckingham county said "let the govna lead the way into the first house, and maybe i'll think about it" lol. virginians don't take kindly to threats, from anybody. when those eastern boys get shot in the face on the first day out, they will refuse further missions, and likely dessert. i spent thirty years with them. i have faith in them. and if they fail me, they are still vastly outnumbered.
ReplyDeleteWhat if the CLEOs arrest or have a couple feds there to arrest the people coming to bother them under 18 USC 241 or 18 USC 242? Or better yet, arrest the jackwagons trying to pass these laws first

Will they or won't they? "They" didn't seem to have any qualms in New Orleans, when it came to kicking in doors and confiscating personal firearms upon orders from the mayor.

There were some resistors. They got shot and/or arrested.
