It's been 87 years since the last Constitutional ban on, well, anything ended.
For some reason 101 years ago our politicians and government knew that to ban an object or substance, they first needed Constitutional authority to do so.
In this case, alcohol.
14 years later they removed that authority and the banning of alcohol, once again, became Unconstitutional.
The text has not changed in 101 years, at least no other amendments have granted Constitutional authority to ban drugs, firearms, cars that only get 40 rods to the hogshead, a fucking fireplace without a catalytic converter or redefine intrastate commerce as interstate commerce!
So, have a drink!
It's legal.
And dammit, I surely need a tall one.
