Where's The Hate Crime Charge

 Mother shot in back in parking lot in front of her family.

Alleged murderer is in custody.

But I cannot help but think that, had the races been reversed, there'd be some hate crime charges here too.

Justice needs to do a better job of being blind.

    murder is murder...for sentencing they can decide if you are a racist or not if that matters which it really shouldn't because we know this only goes one way and i don't see it changing anytime soon...panzer guy...
