Terror Attack?

Someone went splody at the US-Canada border at Niagra.

Shockingly, the FBI has not ruled out terrorism OR blamed right wing white men. 

Update:

The FBI has ruled out terrorism.  Expect a description of someone with Mohammed somewhere in their name soon as the driver.

    You know the government and media would love for this to be the work of the mythical "right wing white domestic terrorists". If there were any chance it was I'd bet they'd be all over it. What they're saying is they don't think it was. Which means it was either Islamic terrorists or an accident or something.
