The stack of mismatched ammo from this recent post appears to be:
1x 9x19mm ball.
2x 9x19mm HP
4x 7.63x25 Luger
4x 9x19mm ball.
There are many pictures of guns seized by the cops with wildly mismatched ammo, but I think this is the first time I've seen the wrong round for the gun included.

It could be that our shooter was ignorant enough to not notice that some of his ammunition was wrong.
