Dear Midway,
How hard is it to have the prices on your web site show up as they will when I check out, BEFORE I check out.
Seeing the price jump almost $30 on the order before getting to shipping was and is bullshit.
"The price changed while you were in the process of checking out" is a bait and switch tactic.
Considering that Amazon has the exact same products for $40 less than the new price, coupled with Prime's free two-day shipping instead of that insulting UPS Mail Innovations crap you actually charge money for...
Guess who got the order? You'll never guess.
PS: You want the post office to handle the shipping, then use them. Cut out UPS and you're going to find that it's going to save your customers a ton in both money and time.

If I can find it anywhere else, I'll order it at the other place. Brownell's falls under this too, mostly because I can't ever remember which of the two is the problem.
