ReplyDeleteEven the stock type studs will usually be fine with just a couple drops of Permatex Copper anti-seize on the threads. If you want to go even better use stainless steel studs & nuts with Nickel anti-seize, but that's probably overkill.

DeleteI've got some of that anti-seize already. Works on spark plugs too.
