LGBTQIA

I'm normally supportive of LGBT rights.

But I noticed something while reading about Chik-Fil-A caving.

In the entire alphabet listing of LGBTQIAEIEIO...

The supposed "all inclusive" LGBT sphere...

Where is the 'S'?

I already know the answer.  Women's rights and minority rights organizations have already shown us.

They don't want equality, they want inversion.

Revenge or power.  Either motivation will suffice.

It's hard to be supportive of the rights of people who deserve those rights when the, rich and powerful, organizations who "represent" them keep banging the drum to marginalize me.

We need to change the song from 'X' rights to Rights.

Women don't deserve or should get more rights than men.

Minorities should not get nor do they deserve more rights than the majority.

LGBT people don't have any more or less rights than the breeders.

It's just Rights.  The same for everyone.  No more, no less.

It's valid to complain that you're being discriminated against, but you don't get to discriminate against ME in return.  You especially don't get to demand your rights while infringing on mine.

  2. The world of LGBTPDQXYZ is much like the world of gun rights.

Gun rights advocates, or most of them, support a portion of the spectrum of gun rights, and violently attack supporters of all gun rights or mainstream weapon (semi-auto black rifle, evil high cap mag-clip thingies etc that most of us have) rights.

Just like the vast majority of LGBTPDQXYZ advocates support a portion of the spectrum of sexuality rights, and violently attack supporters of all sexuality rights or mainstream sexuality rights.

And, yes, what Sanders says. You'll be buried so deeply below the Gulag that you'll be closer to Australia than America.

  3. If all the gays wanted was to be left alone (it used to be illegal to be gay, or at least to have ghey secks, as I understand it) I'd have to be on their side. Unfortunately, IMO a lot of them (along with other "rights"-seeking minority groups) don't want equality, or to be left alone. They're after payback. The endless fusses over "they won't bake our WEDDING CAKE!" are an excellent example. Firstly, a wedding can be solemnized without a cake. Secondly, about any metro area (which is where gays tend to congregate; you don't find them much in small town or rural areas) has a choice of bakeries, and if one doesn't want your business, go down the street to the next one! Thirdly, if you MUST have a cake, and it must be from THIS bakery and NO OTHER---how hard is it to order a bog-standard wedding cake, get a "two grooms" or "two brides" doohickey for the top off Amazon or Ebay (I checked and both are available, very inexpensively), take the "bride and groom" doohickey off the top of the cake you bought, substitute your own, and go for it?

When you're heavily, heavily outnumbered, strutting around with a chip on your shoulder is Not A Good Thing. I think a lot of these groups, particularly really far-out ones like the Trans (if they're Trans, why aren't they on Tran-ky-ky?) are going to have a nasty surprise when they fall out of fashion or push the majority that little bit too far.
